Product information "Pressa a vite"
La pressa a vite T-105 è rivolta agli utenti hobbisti che vogliono rivestire bottoni con tessuto e pressare piccoli consumabili come bottoni a pressione, rivetti cavi e occhielli in modo controllato. A differenza di una pressa a leva, la T-105 può essere usata da seduti, a condizione che sia saldamente montata sul banco da lavoro.
Il meccanismo a vite lavora verso il basso e praticamente non richiede spazio libero sopra la pressa. L'area di lavoro resta utilizzabile anche sotto mobili bassi o scaffali, purché la pressa stia saldamente.
In alto, la pressa accoglie utensili comuni con filettatura 1/4 pollice-20 UNC; in basso è previsto un portautensile da 12 mm. Per utensili con parte inferiore da 9 mm è inclusa una boccola adattatore da 19 a 9 mm. Utensili da pressa e consumabili corrispondenti non sono inclusi.

Die Maschine funktioniert hervorragend. Auch das andere
dazu passende Presswerkzeug für Druckknöpfe funktioniert hervorragend ohne großen Kraftaufwand.
Bin absolut zufrieden.

Sehr gut und solide
Stabile Ausführung, zum guten Arbeiten ist die Befestigung auf einer Arbeitsplatte Pflicht.Der Pressdruck ist sehr einfühlsam möglich.Habe noch nie ein solches Gerät bedient, aber ab dem ersten Einsatz mit Hohlnieten hat es mit sichtbarem Erfolg super funktioniert.Bereue diesen Kauf absolut nicht.

Sì. La pressa è prevista per l'uso sul banco da lavoro; sono incluse tre viti di fissaggio.
Quali occhielli posso montare con questa pressa?
Gli occhielli standard con diametro interno da 3 a 8 mm sono utilizzabili con l'utensile corrispondente. Gli occhielli secondo DIN 7332 sono esclusi.
Quanta forza serve per pressare?
Dipende da materiale e compito: piuttosto bassa a media per piccoli consumabili, piuttosto media a decisa per bottoni rivestiti più grandi fino alla taglia 36. Bottoni molto grandi o occhielli grandi sono in genere pensati per presse più potenti.
È inclusa una chiave Allen?
No. Il pacco contiene la pressa, la boccola adattatore da 19 a 9 mm e le viti di fissaggio, senza chiave Allen.
Perché serve meno spazio sopra la pressa?
La vite muove l'utensile verso il basso. Non dovete oscillare una leva alta verso l'alto come in molte presse a leva.
Posso usare utensili Prym?
Esiste un adattatore separato per utensili Prym sulle presse Getmore; verificate la combinazione adatta di pressa, adattatore e utensile.

Practical workflow
- Screw in tool with 1/4-inch-20 UNC at top and choose matching lower guide (12 mm holder or with 19 to 9 mm adapter bushing for 9 mm lower part; both are included with the press.)
- Align material and consumable and press via the spindle with controlled pressure
Technical limits
- Standard eyelets with 3–8 mm inner diameter with matching tool; no DIN 7332 eyelets
- Very large covered buttons or large eyelet diameters generally require a stronger press
Setup and space
- Permanent mounting on the workbench is intended; mounting screws are included
- Because of the spindle principle, practically no additional stroke space is needed above the press

- Check press tool regularly for a firm fit
- No additional thread adapters for this press are available from Getmore
