Product information "Prensa de husillo"
La prensa de husillo T-105 está dirigida a usuarios de hobby que desean forrar botones con tela y prensar pequeños consumibles como broches, remaches huecos y ojales de forma controlada. A diferencia de una prensa de palanca, la T-105 puede utilizarse sentado, siempre que esté firmemente montada en el banco de trabajo.
El mecanismo de husillo trabaja hacia abajo y prácticamente no necesita espacio libre sobre la prensa. El área de trabajo sigue siendo utilizable incluso bajo muebles bajos o estanterías, siempre que la prensa esté bien asentada.
Arriba, la prensa acepta herramientas habituales con rosca 1/4 pulgada-20 UNC; abajo hay un portaherramientas de 12 mm. Para herramientas con pieza inferior de 9 mm, se incluye una buje adaptador de 19 a 9 mm. Las herramientas de prensa y consumibles adecuados no están incluidos.

Sehr gut und solide
Stabile Ausführung, zum guten Arbeiten ist die Befestigung auf einer Arbeitsplatte Pflicht.Der Pressdruck ist sehr einfühlsam möglich.Habe noch nie ein solches Gerät bedient, aber ab dem ersten Einsatz mit Hohlnieten hat es mit sichtbarem Erfolg super funktioniert.Bereue diesen Kauf absolut nicht.
¿Debe atornillarse la prensa de husillo?
Sí. La prensa está prevista para el uso en el banco de trabajo; se incluyen tres tornillos de fijación.
¿Qué ojales puedo montar con esta prensa?
Los ojales estándar con 3 a 8 mm de diámetro interior son utilizables con la herramienta adecuada. Los ojales según DIN 7332 están excluidos.
¿Cuánta fuerza necesito para prensar?
Depende del material y la tarea: más bien baja a media para consumibles pequeños, más bien media a firme para botones forrados mayores hasta talla 36. Botones muy grandes u ojales grandes suelen estar pensados para prensas más potentes.
¿Viene una llave Allen?
No. El paquete contiene la prensa, el buje adaptador de 19 a 9 mm y los tornillos de fijación, sin llave Allen.
¿Por qué necesito menos espacio sobre la prensa?
El husillo mueve la herramienta hacia abajo. No necesita balancear una palanca alta hacia arriba como en muchas prensas de palanca.
¿Puedo utilizar herramientas Prym?
Hay un adaptador separado para herramientas Prym en prensas Getmore; compruebe la combinación adecuada de prensa, adaptador y herramienta.
¿Hay piezas de repuesto como el buje de husillo por separado?
Si necesita una pieza de repuesto, contacte con soporte; aquí no se indica una lista vinculante de repuestos.

Practical workflow
- Screw in tool with 1/4-inch-20 UNC at top and choose matching lower guide (12 mm holder or with 19 to 9 mm adapter bushing for 9 mm lower part; both are included with the press.)
- Align material and consumable and press via the spindle with controlled pressure
Technical limits
- Standard eyelets with 3–8 mm inner diameter with matching tool; no DIN 7332 eyelets
- Very large covered buttons or large eyelet diameters generally require a stronger press
Setup and space
- Permanent mounting on the workbench is intended; mounting screws are included
- Because of the spindle principle, practically no additional stroke space is needed above the press

- No additional thread adapters for this press are available from Getmore
