Product information "Prensa de rodilla"
La prensa de rodilla es una prensa manual para ojales, broches, remaches huecos, botones vaqueros, botones forrados con tela y punzonado y troquelado con la herramienta adecuada. Es adecuada para hobby, taller y uso profesional cuando desea procesar distintos materiales y elementos de fijación con una prensa fija.
La palanca larga y el mecanismo de rodilla generan altas fuerzas de prensado con un esfuerzo comparativamente bajo. La palanca se tira hacia el usuario, por lo que la prensa puede operarse cómodamente sentado y no necesita espacio libre sobre la máquina.
La prensa de rodilla es compatible con todas las herramientas Getmore Crafts. Las herramientas no están incluidas; elija la herramienta de montaje, punzón o troquel adecuada por separado para cada aplicación y tamaño.

¿Qué tamaños de ojal son posibles con la prensa?

- With matching hole punch and die tools it is also suitable for hole punching and die cutting.
- It suits hobby workstations, workshops and professional use with recurring operations.
- Depending on the tool, materials such as fabric, textiles, tarpaulins, Biothane, faux leather and leather can be processed.

- Always choose the matching upper and lower tool for material, size and application.
- Position the workpiece cleanly and pull the lever toward the user.

Límites técnicos
- For eyelets in brass or steel, the press is designed up to 25 mm with the matching die.
- DIN 7332 eyelets in brass, steel or galvanized material are possible up to 16 mm in one operation with the matching tool.
- DIN 7332 eyelets in stainless steel are intended up to 14 mm with the matching tool.
- As with any press: the matching tool is required for each application and size.
Instalación y espacio
- The toggle press is intended for permanent mounting on a stable workbench.
- The lever motion toward the user allows comfortable seated work.
- No additional clearance above the press is needed for the operating path.

- Work with an even lever stroke and without jerky extra force.
- Use only the tool that matches the respective size and application.
- For new materials or unfamiliar combinations, a test piece is recommended first.

- The toggle press is compatible with all Getmore Crafts tools with 1/4" thread.
- With matching tools it processes eyelets, snap fasteners, hollow rivets, jeans buttons, fabric-covered buttons and hole punching applications from the Getmore Crafts range.
- The upper tool is accepted via 1/4" - 20 UNC thread.
- The lower tool holder is designed for 12 mm.
- For each size of the respective consumable, a separate tool is required.
