Product information "Presse à genouillère"
La presse à genouillère est une presse manuelle pour œillets, boutons-pression, rivets creux, boutons jeans, boutons recouverts de tissu et poinçonnage et découpe avec l'outil adapté. Elle convient au hobby, à l'atelier et à un usage professionnel lorsque vous souhaitez traiter différents matériaux et éléments de fixation avec une presse fixe.
Le long levier et le mécanisme à genouillère génèrent de fortes forces de pressage avec un effort comparativement faible. Le levier est tiré vers l'utilisateur, la presse peut donc être actionnée confortablement assis et ne nécessite pas d'espace libre au-dessus de la machine.
La presse à genouillère est compatible avec tous les outils Getmore Crafts. Les outils ne sont pas inclus ; choisissez l'outil de pose, poinçon ou matrice correspondant séparément pour chaque application et taille.

Le mécanisme à genouillère génère de fortes forces de pressage avec un effort comparativement faible. Cela facilite surtout les opérations répétitives ou plus exigeantes.
Ai-je besoin d'espace au-dessus de la presse ?
Non. Le levier est tiré vers l'utilisateur, aucun dégagement supplémentaire au-dessus de la presse n'est nécessaire pour la course de commande.
Que contient la livraison ?
Le colis contient la presse à genouillère et trois vis de fixation de 8 mm. Outils, adaptateurs supplémentaires et outils de montage ne sont pas inclus.
Quelles tailles d'œillet sont possibles avec la presse ?
Les œillets standard en laiton ou acier sont prévus jusqu'à 25 mm avec la matrice adaptée. Les œillets DIN 7332 en laiton, acier ou matériau galvanisé sont possibles jusqu'à 16 mm ; œillets DIN 7332 en acier inoxydable jusqu'à 14 mm.

Déroulement pratique
- Mount the press firmly on a stable workbench before first use.
- Always choose the matching upper and lower tool for material, size and application.
- Position the workpiece cleanly and pull the lever toward the user.
- Test presses on scrap material help adjust tool and technique before actual use.
Limites techniques
- For eyelets in brass or steel, the press is designed up to 25 mm with the matching die.
- DIN 7332 eyelets in brass, steel or galvanized material are possible up to 16 mm in one operation with the matching tool.
- DIN 7332 eyelets in stainless steel are intended up to 14 mm with the matching tool.
- As with any press: the matching tool is required for each application and size.
Installation et espace
- The toggle press is intended for permanent mounting on a stable workbench.
- The lever motion toward the user allows comfortable seated work.
- No additional clearance above the press is needed for the operating path.

- Work with an even lever stroke and without jerky extra force.
- Use only the tool that matches the respective size and application.
- For new materials or unfamiliar combinations, a test piece is recommended first.

- With matching tools it processes eyelets, snap fasteners, hollow rivets, jeans buttons, fabric-covered buttons and hole punching applications from the Getmore Crafts range.
- The upper tool is accepted via 1/4" - 20 UNC thread.
- The lower tool holder is designed for 12 mm.
- For each size of the respective consumable, a separate tool is required.
