Product information "EasyFix Double-Cap Rivet Tool"
The EasyFix double-cap rivet tool sets Getmore double-cap hollow rivets in the EasyFix striking system with the EasyFix striking aid and a hammer. It does not replace a classic press solution with 1/4"-thread on the upper tool part.
Alternatively, the tool can also be used in presses with 1/4"-20 UNC thread via the EasyFix adapter.
The top features a 5 mm plug without thread; you insert the tool into the EasyFix striking aid and guide the rivet parts top and bottom to the strike. Alloy steel and nickel plating give the part a smooth, everyday surface.
Only this tool is included in the scope of delivery. For use you additionally need the EasyFix striking aid and matching Getmore double-cap hollow rivets in the chosen cap size.

Can I screw this tool directly into my toggle press, TEP-2 or spring-strike press?
No. The tool has no 1/4"-20 UNC thread on top and is not intended for direct screwing into TEP-2, spring-strike press or other classic 1/4" presses.
Is buying this item alone enough to start working?
No. You additionally need the EasyFix striking aid and matching Getmore double-cap hollow rivets.
Which hollow rivets is the tool designed for?

Why does the tool not fit my usual Getmore press?
Classic Getmore presses work with 1/4" tools screwed in on top. This EasyFix tool instead uses a 5 mm plug for the EasyFix striking aid.
Can I use hollow rivets from other manufacturers?
The tool is intended for Getmore double-cap hollow rivets. Rivets from other manufacturers may work, but there is no binding approval for that.
