All prices include VAT. Shipping is via DHL. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order: shipments up to and including 1 kg via Warenpost International (tracked), from 1 kg via DHL Paket International. At checkout, costs are calculated automatically based on the cart weight.
Core EU countries (Austria, France, Italy) — DHL flat rate
For these countries, DHL applies fixed parcel rates without weight surcharges. We therefore offer a flat parcel rate regardless of weight (from 1 kg).

Delivery times
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 3–5 days; international deliveries take 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract (or after your payment instruction where advance payment has been agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In that case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
For collection in person, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and about collection options. In this case, no shipping costs are charged.
Payment methods
1. Payment methods for deliveries within Germany
Advance payment/bank transfer:
- Bank details will be provided during the ordering process.
- Please quote your order number in the payment reference.
- Your order will be processed after payment is received.
PayPal: You will be redirected to PayPal and can pay using your PayPal account.
PayPal Plus (offers three payment methods):
- By direct debit (via PayPal Plus): Please provide your bank details. PayPal will debit the invoice amount from your bank account on our behalf.
- Invoice (via PayPal Plus): Please provide your billing address to PayPal during checkout. Only then can we ship your order. Delivery and billing addresses must be identical. No PayPal account required.
- By credit card (via PayPal Plus): By entering your credit card number you can complete the order process. No PayPal account required.
Amazon Pay: You can pay using Amazon Pay.
Accepted payment options: Cash on collection, advance payment by bank transfer, payment via PayPal, payment via PayPal Express, payment via PayPal (credit card, direct debit, invoice where available), payment via Amazon Payments.
