Shipping

Domestic deliveries (Germany)

Free shipping within Germany only — Shipping is via DHL. Depending on the weight and size of your order, we automatically select the appropriate shipping method:

• DHL Großbrief — for light, flat shipments (up to 500 g)
• DHL Kleinpaket — for smaller parcels (up to 1 kg)
• DHL Paket — for larger or heavier shipments

The shipping method is determined automatically at checkout based on your cart weight and items.

International deliveries

All prices include VAT. Shipping is via DHL. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order: shipments up to and including 1 kg via Warenpost International (tracked), from 1 kg via DHL Paket International. At checkout, costs are calculated automatically based on the cart weight.

Core EU countries (Austria, France, Italy) — DHL flat rate

For these countries, DHL applies fixed parcel rates without weight surcharges. We therefore offer a flat parcel rate regardless of weight (from 1 kg).

EU shipping — up to 1 kg (Warenpost International, tracked)

EU shipping — from 1 kg (DHL Paket International)

For higher weights, the respective tiered rates apply (from 2 kg, from 5 kg, from 20 kg).

Other destinations

Worldwide shipping available on request.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 3–5 days; international deliveries take 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract (or after your payment instruction where advance payment has been agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In that case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

For collection in person, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and about collection options. In this case, no shipping costs are charged.

Payment methods

The payment methods available to you depend on your country and the options shown at checkout.

Generally available

• PayPal – Pay securely with your PayPal account.
• Bank transfer (prepayment) – Pay by bank transfer in advance. Our bank details will be shown after you place your order.
• Instant bank transfer (Pay by Bank) – Pay directly from your bank account via a secure online transfer.
• Amazon Pay – Pay using the payment methods stored in your Amazon account.

VAT rates

Deliveries to these countries use the standard rate. The price includes that tax. Reduced rates do not apply to this range.
