This hollow rivet tool is designed for setting single-head or double-head hollow rivets in the selected size. The tool size must always match the hollow rivet size exactly. This ensures the rivet parts are guided cleanly and set evenly.
The upper tool part has a 1/4\"-20 UNC thread and therefore fits all Getmore Crafts presses. The lower tool part is designed for the 12 mm holder. For presses with M6 or M8 thread, separate tool variants are available.

Dieses Werkzeug zeugt von guter Qualität , ist leicht und schnell austauschbar. Werde bei Bedarf immer wieder gerne auf diese Qualitätsprodukte zurückgreifen und weitere Produkte bestellen. Das sind , natürlich pflegliche Behandlung vorausgesetzt , Produkte von Langlebigkeit aber trotzdem bezahlbar. Habe schon einige Rettungsaktionen mit diesen guten Produkten vollbracht .
What size do I need for my hollow rivet tool?
The tool size must always match the hollow rivet size (cap diameter) exactly. For 5 mm hollow rivets you therefore need a 5 mm tool.
Does this tool fit my Getmore Crafts press?
Yes. The upper tool part has a 1/4\"-20 UNC thread and the lower tool part is designed for the 12 mm holder. The tool therefore fits all Getmore Crafts presses.
Can I use one tool for both single-head and double-head hollow rivets?

What material thickness can I process with the hollow rivet?
The suitable material thickness is calculated from the pin length of the hollow rivet used minus 2 mm. Example: 6 mm single head corresponds to approx. 4.4 mm material thickness, 9 mm double head approx. 6.0 mm.
Do I need a hole in the material before setting?
Yes. Hollow rivets require a 2.5 mm hole. You can prepare this with the 2.5 mm punch tool.
Can I use the tool without a press?
No. This hollow rivet tool is designed for use in a suitable press only.
Can I use the tool on a press from another manufacturer?
Yes, but only if the press has a 1/4\"-20 UNC top thread and a suitable 12 mm holder. For presses with M6 or M8 there are separate tool variants.

Size

Important notes
- Check the upper tool part regularly for a secure fit and tighten if necessary.
- On the spring-strike press, the upper tool part should be tightened firmly with suitable pliers.
