General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor part of their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Axel Gnann.
By making products available in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may first place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract language, storage of contract text
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible on the internet.
4. Delivery conditions
Delivery options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the ordering process.
We generally deliver by shipping. Collection in person is possible by personal arrangement.
5. Payment
5.1 Due date and default in payment
The price is due upon conclusion of the contract unless a later date follows from the payment conditions below.
For consumers: In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge you a reminder fee of EUR 1.50 from the second reminder. You are free to prove that we suffered no damage or substantially less damage. Our further claims remain unaffected.
For entrepreneurs: In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge you statutory default interest of nine percentage points above the base rate and a flat fee of EUR 40. Our further claims remain unaffected.
5.2 Payment methods
The following payment methods are generally available to you in our shop.
Advance payment
If you choose advance payment, we will provide our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed.
Pay Later (PayPal)
With “Pay Later” you can settle the invoice amount via PayPal at a later date, provided PayPal offers you this option.
Credit or debit card (PayPal)
You can pay the invoice amount by credit or debit card via PayPal. Your own PayPal account is not required.
SEPA direct debit (PayPal)
You can pay the invoice amount by SEPA direct debit via PayPal.
Amazon Pay
To pay via Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A., 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (“Amazon Pay”), you must be registered with Amazon, log in and confirm the payment instruction.
Bancontact, BLIK, eps, iDEAL | Wero, Multibanco, OXXO, Przelewy24 (PayPal)
Depending on country and availability, further payment methods are available via PayPal (e.g. Bancontact, BLIK, eps, iDEAL | Wero, Multibanco, OXXO, Przelewy24). The terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider apply.
PayPal and Amazon Pay may offer registered customers additional payment methods based on their own criteria. We have no influence on the provision of these payment methods; any additionally offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with the respective payment service provider.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Warranty and guarantees

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
- in the event of injury to life, body or health,
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- upon assumption of a guarantee, if agreed, or
- insofar as the Product Liability Act applies.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on the compliance with which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage at the time of conclusion of the contract.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
9. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Should individual clauses of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the contract shall otherwise remain effective. If individual clauses are invalid, the content of the contract shall be governed by the statutory provisions.
