Product information "Eyeletting press TEP-2"
The Eyeletting press TEP-2 is a compact lever press for textile, leather and DIY projects. It forms the foundation of the Getmore press system with 1/4"-20 UNC thread on top and 12-mm mount at the bottom.
With suitable pressing tools you set fasteners in a controlled and repeatable way. The press is well suited for hobby, occasional use and small batches; for high series load or more demanding users we recommend a mechanically reinforced press, such as our spring-strike press or toggle press.

Super Werkzeug
Presse funktioniert ausgezeichnet, solide Ausführung. Ösen oder Druckknöpfe (mehr habe ich noch nicht getestet) gelingen sicher. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, hatte vesehentlich 2 Pressen in meiner Bestellung. Der Mitarbeiter (Ronny) hat mich sehr schnell kontaktiert, mir meine Bestellung noch mal erklärt und 2 Produkte korrigiert. Das war Klasse. Am nächsten Tag konnte ich schon die Ware empfangen und ausprobieren. Ich bin sehr überrascht, wie einfach die Bedienung ist. Meine Cam Snap habe ich entsort.

Nie wieder ohne...
Zeitsparend und präzise! Die beste Anschaffung nach meiner Industrienähmaschine! Bisher hatte ich Ösen und Co immer mit einen Hammer in die Kleidungsstücke geklopft. Die Ergebnisse waren Glückssache. Mit der Ösenpresse sitzt jede Öse wo sie soll und es sieht sehr professionell aus. Kann ich nur empfehlen! Danke auch für die sehr schnelle Lieferung! ;)

Robuste
J'ai essayé la presse et je la trouve très robuste, de bonne facture. Les boutons pressions commandés s'adaptent parfaitement et tiennent bien. J'apprécie la qualité des boutons pressions (sans nickel) pour un usage de puériculture (gigoteuse) et conforme à mes attentes.

Musste schon lange so ein Gerät einsetzen, aber die Angebote waren sehr teuer, bis ich dieses gefunden habe. Ist schon eine tolle Sache, wie lange es aushält werden wir sehen, aber macht einen super Eindruck

Die Lieferung war superschnell da und die Presse ist leicht zu bedienen. Druckknöpfe und Ösen haben ihren Schrecken verloren.
Is pressing tool for eyelets or snap fasteners included?
No. The press is supplied without application tooling. For each application and size you need the appropriate pressing tool separately.
Can I process DIN 7332 eyelets with the TEP-2?
No. The press is intended for standard eyelets, not DIN 7332 eyelets. For DIN 7332 we recommend a spring-strike press or toggle press.
How large can standard eyelets be at most?
With the TEP-2 we do not recommend eyelets with an inner diameter larger than 17 mm.
Can I screw in tools from other manufacturers?
There is no documented approval or test list for third-party tools. Only known are 1/4"-20 UNC on top and a maximum tool build height of 3 cm. Use of untested tools is at your own risk.
How do I get spare parts?
Individual spare parts can be requested via customer service. Send an email or use support.
Do I need to maintain the press regularly?
No. No regular maintenance intervals are specified.
May I extend the lever to generate more force?
No. Extending the lever with a pipe or similar can damage the lever.

- Pressing standard eyelets , snap fasteners, hollow rivets (single and double head), decorative rivets, jeans buttons and shoe hooks, in all common sizes
- Punching holes with suitable punch tool up to 17 mm
- Covering buttons with fabric or leather up to button size 36

- Fits pressing tools with 1/4"-20 UNC on top and 12-mm lower part in the standard bushing
- For button tools for fabric covering use the supplied 9-mm bushing instead of the 12-mm bushing
- For Prym tools of the Prym Vario pliers and Prym Creative Tool, we offer a separate adapter in our range.
