Product information "Circle Cutter"
The circle cutter is the cutting tool for round blanks in the press. It punches clean circles in the selected size and is designed for repeatable work with fabric, leather, tarpaulins, banner material and similar flexible flat materials.
For use, the cutter is always used together with the matching holder for circle cutter and the base pad for circle cutter. Only this three-part system is ready for operation and ensures clean guidance during punching.
The cutting edge is made of hardened tool steel. The cutter is very sharp and a wear part: it becomes dull over time and is replaced completely when needed, as no replaceable blade is provided.

What else do I need besides the circle cutter?
You also need the matching holder for circle cutter and the base pad for circle cutter. Only these three parts together form a ready-to-use system.
Which presses is the circle cutter suitable for?
With the TEP-2 variant of the holder, use is possible in the TEP-2 eyeletting press and the toggle press. With the FSP variant of the holder, use is possible in the spring-strike press. The screw press is not recommended for circle cutter use.
Which materials can I punch with the circle cutter?
Suitable materials include fabrics, leather, tarpaulins, banners and comparable flexible flat materials.

The circle cutter is available in the variants 18 / 20 mm, 20 / 22 mm, 22 / 24 mm, 24 / 26 mm, 26 / 28 mm, 28 / 30 mm, 30 / 32 mm, 32 / 34 mm, 34 / 36 mm, 36 / 38 mm, 40 / 42 mm, 42 / 44 mm, 44 / 46 mm and 50 / 52 mm.
Does the circle cutter have a replaceable blade?
No. There is no replaceable blade. When worn, the complete cutter is replaced.
Can I use the circle cutter with presses from other manufacturers?
Yes, provided the holder for circle cutter and the base pad for circle cutter fit mechanically into the respective press. No specific approval for individual third-party systems is available.
Is the circle cutter sharp?
Yes. The circle cutter is very sharp. Take care to avoid cuts when inserting and handling it, and do not reach into the cutting edge.

The circle cutter is available in several sizes. Each variant is designated as a pair of line size and mm measurement.
- 18 / 20 mm: For 20 mm circle diameter.

Purpose
The circle cutter is intended for round blanks in the press. It is suitable for fabrics, leather, tarpaulins, banners and comparable flexible flat materials.
Application
- Screw the matching holder for circle cutter into the top of the press.
- Insert the circle cutter in the selected size into the holder and align it.
- Place the base pad for circle cutter at the bottom of the press.
- Position the material between cutter and base pad and carry out the pressing process.
Important notes
- Without a matching holder and base pad, the circle cutter cannot be used.
- The cutter is very sharp. Take care of your fingers when inserting and handling it, and do not reach into the cutting edge.
- The cutter is a wear part and becomes dull over time.
