This button tool holder for the spring-strike press is the necessary interface to use button tools with the spring-strike press. It is inserted into the 19 mm bore of the press instead of other bushings and accepts the button tool in the 9 mm centre bore.
The wide plate of the holder is important for the button tool so that it gets a proper support surface.

Yes. The holder is mandatory if you want to use button tools with the spring-strike press.
Where is the holder installed?
The holder is inserted into the 19 mm bore of the spring-strike press. It replaces another bushing there.
What is the 9 mm centre bore for?
The 9 mm centre bore accepts the button tool. The 19 mm base sits in the bore of the press at the same time.
Does the holder also fit other Getmore presses?
The holder also fits in other presses but offers no added value. Depending on the press, the height increase from the plate can for example reduce the build height so much that no tool fits in between anymore.
Can I use the holder with third-party presses?
The holder fits in any press with a 19 mm bore. Further function depends on the remaining press specifications.
Is there anything special to note during installation?
The side clamp screw must be tightened again firmly enough after installation so that the holder cannot move.

Application
- The holder is required when button tools are to be used with the spring-strike press.
- It sits in the lower 19 mm bore of the spring-strike press.
- The button tool is inserted into the 9 mm centre bore of the holder.
Installation
- Remove the previously installed bushing from the 19 mm bore of the spring-strike press by loosening the side clamp screw.
- Insert the holder for button tool at this position.
- Tighten the screw again so that the holder cannot move.
